- Mix egg and flour with your hand..
- Then gradually add water into the flour while adding salt and oil at the same time..
- Knead the dough, make sure to keep adding oil until the dough is smooth..
- Let it rest for 15 minutes, make sure to cover the dough with cling wrap..
- Then, divide the dough into 9-10 balls, leave and cover the dough with cooking oil for 4 hours minimum..
- For the filling, stir fry the cabbage with (*) for 3 minutes, then add (#) for taste..
- After that, put it off the stove and let it cool before u add 2 eggs (lightly whisk) into it..
